VHF Radio Software Update

New software for the Link-9 VHF is now available. This release incorporates the following fixes since the last release (v3.21):

• Updates to MOB function while radio is in Scan mode
• Fix AIS related bug
• Fix COG unit display

This release incorporates the following Improvements since the last release (v3.21):

• Improve AtoN type display
• Add PGN65291 to support Lowrance MFD backlight adjustment
• Set Wx (programmable key) to CH10 while in ATIS mode
• Add Netherlands ATIS only mode
• Add ATIS ID in startup and My VHF menu
• Improve COG display
• Add PGN129539 (GNSS DOPs)
• Add new Diagnostics screens: GPS and SYSTEM
• Add AIS Auto test function
• Add MOB Emitter ID to PGN127233

Additional features in this release:

• Add support for channel change from MFD (not currently supported in MFD's
• Add support to cancel MOB from MFD (not currently supported in MFD's)

Plus other minor bug fixes and improvements.

How to upgrade your Link-9 radio.

1. Download the software for your device to a local drive on your computer (link below)
2. Save the Link-9 SWUP file a microSD card so it can be uploaded via your Lowrance MFD to the radio
3. Ensure the Link-9 is powered ON and is connected to your Lowrance MFD via the NMEA 2000 network
4. Insert the MicroSD card into the card reader of your Lowrance MFD.
   Select Storage from your home screen menu
5. Select the memory card then select the Link-9 software SWUP file:
6. Select the Upgrade Option:
7. Select Start upgrade:
8. The Upgrade bar will show the progress of the upgrade:
9. When the Upgrade Complete dialog appears, select OK and power down and restart the radio
