Consumer (end-user) Terms and Conditions for
Cashback Campaign in South Africa

  1. Value of applied “Cashback” is as follows:

Lowrance Hook2 5” Combo SplitShot or TripleShot Models: R800
Lowrance Hook2 7” Combo SplitShot or TripleShot Models: Models: R1,100
Lowrance Hook2 9” Combo SplitShot or TripleShot Models: R1,500
Lowrance Hook2 12” Combo TripleShot Models: R2,000

  1. This offer is only available to consumers (end-users) who purchase a Qualifying Product from participating Lowrance SA authorised dealers/retailers. Purchases made in other areas are not eligible to receive this offer, even if the end-user is a resident in South Africa
  2. Campaign runs from 1st October – 30th November 2019 – all claims must be received by 10th January 2020
  3. Claim can be made from 28 days following purchase to close of campaign (to 10th January 2020)
  4. Cashback is only available on the purchase of new, Qualifying Product. Used, re-manufactured/refurbished products, or products that are purchased through on-line auction sites are not eligible for this promotion
  5. Cashback is only available for qualifying products that form part of this offer, and cannot be claimed against individual products that form part of bundles deals
  6. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer
  7. You acknowledge that your participation in this offer imposes no liability on Navico other than to rebate qualifying customers. In particular, Navico is not liable for any consequential damages
  8. In order to qualify for rebate, proof of purchase must be provided including:
  9. Receipt of sale on Dealer invoice, showing:

(a) Date
       Serial numbers

  1. You will also be asked for the following detail on the Claims Portal. This data is collected in order to process your claim. Consumer data is processed in-line with GDPR and will not be used beyond facilitating the delivery of the rebate

(b) Customer (end-users) Name
(c) E-mail Address
(d) Bank Details including:
       Bank Name
       Swift Code
       Branch Code
       Account no

  1. Navico will aim to process your claim within 4 weeks of approval
  2. By claiming the Cashback, consumers are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions
  3. Navico reserves the right to decline any applications that do not meet our terms and conditions
  4. All claims must be made by the consumers (end-user) and not by retailers, agents, boat builders or third parties
  5. Navico reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time
  6. Already claimed product from previous promotions cannot be claimed for again
  7. All claims must be received before 10th January 2020, any claims made after this date, whether valid or not, will not be accepted
